Leading Through the Coronavirus

As educational leaders, we are working harder and more intensely than any other time. How are we prioritizing our efforts? Many decisions must be considered each day as we jointly turn our focus to what matters most: our students, parents, and staff. This panel discussion and interactive break out group conversation, co-sponsored by Edlio, highlights these leaders’ insights into tackling these challenges during this time. Both panelists and participants discuss their priorities during this time, the decisions they have made to shift focus to students, and what their “new normal” is as it’s beginning to take shape.
